The core feature of this system is a continuous ventilation cavity behind the terracotta bricks.

The cavity thickness is at least 20 mm. Air inlets are installed at the bottom of the facade, while air outlets are positioned at the top.

Cool air enters from the bottom, while warm air naturally rises and escapes through the upper outlets. This creates a continuous natural convection cycle.

This ventilation design helps discharge moisture from the wall cavity and improves the durability of the facade system.

During summer, the airflow also helps reduce the surface temperature of the exterior wall.

Every batch of bricks is tested for dimensions, flatness, and water absorption before shipment. The water absorption rate meets our quality standards.

Open Joints with Insect Protection

This system uses an open-joint facade design. The brick joints are not sealed with silicone, allowing natural air circulation through the facade cavity.

We have designed special insect screens for this system. These screens prevent insects, dust, and debris from entering the ventilation cavity.

A 6 to 12 mm joint is maintained between the bricks to accommodate thermal movement caused by temperature changes.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We welcome third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

Our systems are designed according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.

The brackets are made of 304 stainless steel.
