This system uses terracotta bricks as the finished surface of prefabricated decorative facade panels.

It consists of four main layers: the terracotta brick surface panel, brackets, secondary frame, and main frame.

At our factory, we first install the terracotta bricks onto the panels to create complete decorative units. These prefabricated panels are then transported to the construction site, where workers install them onto the main frame.

This method is faster, more accurate, and more efficient than installing individual bricks directly on site.

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu. We have our own R&D team.

 

Every decorative panel undergoes inspection for dimensions, flatness, and appearance before shipment. The water absorption rate of the terracotta bricks is strictly controlled to meet our quality standards.

This system offers two layout options to meet different architectural requirements.

The first option is full-panel assembly, which is suitable for large and regular facade areas.

The second option is strip brick assembly, which is ideal for detailed decorative sections and customized facade designs.

A 6 to 12 mm expansion joint is maintained between each panel. This joint allows for thermal movement caused by temperature changes and prevents excessive stress between panels.

The terracotta brick surface is classified as a Class A1 non-combustible material.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard production takes 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We support third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

Our systems are designed according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.

The brackets are made of 304 stainless steel.
