This system uses hollow terracotta bricks featuring internal cavities rather than a solid structure. This design makes each brick 25% to 40% lighter than a solid brick of the same size.

Our common hollow brick thicknesses include 28 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, and 40 mm. The reduced weight helps decrease the structural load on the building's main frame, which is especially important for high-rise buildings.

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu. We have our own R&D team and conduct strict quality inspections before shipment.

Every batch of bricks is tested for dimensions, flatness, and water absorption. The water absorption rate is strictly controlled to ensure consistent product performance.

Enhanced Acoustic and Thermal Performance

The bricks are installed using stainless steel brackets and a dry-hanging method. A 6 to 12 mm expansion joint is maintained between the bricks to accommodate thermal movement.

The brackets are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard production takes 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We support third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

Practical Design for Modern Buildings

The system weight ranges from 18 to 42 kg per square meter, depending on the brick type.

The frame spacing is designed according to the wind pressure requirements of each project location. The main frame spacing should not exceed 1000 mm.

The total system thickness is 180 to 200 mm with insulation and 130 to 150 mm without insulation.

We provide free samples. Custom sample development takes 15 to 40 days.

The minimum order quantity is 300 square meters. Customers can mix different colors or models within a single order.

We use a five-step delivery process to ensure on-time shipment. This includes order review, safety stock preparation, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics planning.
