Two Layers for Superior Performance

This system adopts a double-skin facade structure consisting of two curtain wall layers.

The outer layer is a terracotta brick curtain wall, while the inner layer consists of a solid wall or glass window system.

Between the two layers is an intermediate ventilation cavity, typically ranging from 300 to 800 mm in width.

This cavity acts as a thermal buffer zone. In summer, the outer terracotta layer reduces direct solar heat gain. Heated air inside the cavity naturally rises and is discharged through the upper openings.

In winter, the air within the cavity provides an additional insulation layer, helping reduce heat loss from the building interior.

Every batch of bricks is strictly tested before shipment. The water absorption rate meets our quality standards.

Seasonal Adjustment for Energy Savings

The air inlets and outlets can be equipped with adjustable louvers.

During summer, the louvers can be opened to allow heated air to escape from the cavity.

During winter, the louvers can be closed to help retain warm air within the cavity and improve thermal performance.

This adjustable design allows the facade system to respond to seasonal climate changes and helps optimize building energy consumption.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We support third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

Our systems are designed according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.

The brackets are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. The brick joints are maintained at 6 to 12 mm to accommodate thermal movement.
