In-sales Service
Orders are managed by dedicated personnel who track production and logistics progress in real-time. For large-scale projects, technical coordinators oversee the process and conduct multiple checks to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Prior to shipment, products undergo standardized, reinforced packaging, and logistics tracking information is provided. Remote technical guidance is available during the installation phase.
After-sales Service
Standard terracotta brick products come with a 1–3 year warranty; replacements or repairs are provided free of charge for quality issues not caused by human error during the warranty period. We respond to after-sales inquiries within 24 hours and provide solutions for complex issues within 48 hours. Follow-up visits are conducted one month and six months after project completion. We also provide ongoing updates on new product color charts and craftsmanship samples to our partners.
