This system consists of essential components for terracotta brick curtain walls, including support brackets, pressure plates, adjustment screws, and gaskets.

 

All components are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel. We do not use carbon steel components. Stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance and ensures long-term stability.

 

For coastal projects, we recommend 316 stainless steel because of its higher corrosion resistance. For inland projects, 304 stainless steel is a reliable and cost-effective choice.

Every batch of brackets undergoes incoming inspection. We verify material certificates and ensure that no non-conforming raw materials enter production.

 

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu. We have our own R&D team and have conducted multiple load tests on our bracket systems.

Each bracket is designed to withstand a load of at least 1.5 times the weight of a single brick. All test data is recorded through our internal laboratory testing.

The bracket system is compatible with two types of grooved terracotta bricks: side-grooved bricks and back-grooved bricks.
