The Structural Backbone of the Curtain Wall
This system serves as the supporting frame for terracotta brick curtain walls. It consists of vertical and horizontal framing components that provide structural support and stability for the entire facade.
The vertical frames extend continuously from the bottom to the top of the building, while horizontal frames are installed at specific intervals. The spacing between horizontal framing layers does not exceed 600 mm.
We provide two main framing material options: hot-dip galvanized steel and aluminum alloy.

Steel components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced corrosion protection. Aluminum components are anodized or powder-coated to improve surface durability.
Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu. We have our own R&D team.
Every batch of steel and aluminum materials undergoes incoming inspection. We verify material certificates to ensure consistent quality.
The Terracotta Brick Curtain Wall Framing System provides the essential structural strength and stability required for safe facade installation.

Carefully Designed Spacing for Maximum Support
The vertical frame spacing is maintained between 1000 and 1500 mm. This spacing is calculated according to the weight of the terracotta bricks and the wind pressure requirements of each project location.
The horizontal frame spacing is controlled at no more than 600 mm, ensuring that every brick receives sufficient support points.
The frame can be fixed to the building structure using expansion bolts or pre-embedded steel plates.
We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.
We welcome third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.
Our systems are designed according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.
Many engineers choose the Terracotta Brick Curtain Wall Framing System because of its reliable structure, precise design, and long-term performance.

Corrosion Protection for Long-Term Performance
Corrosion protection is essential for steel framing systems.
The hot-dip galvanized coating provides long-term protection against corrosion during outdoor exposure. Aluminum alloy naturally offers excellent corrosion resistance and can also help reduce the overall structural weight for certain projects.
For inland projects, aluminum framing can be an effective lightweight solution. For coastal projects with higher corrosion risks or very tall buildings, we recommend using thicker profiles or additional corrosion protection measures based on project requirements.
We provide free samples. Custom sample development takes 15 to 40 days.
The minimum order quantity is 300 square meters.
We follow a five-step process to ensure reliable delivery. This includes order review, safety stock preparation, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics planning.
