This system uses solid, dense terracotta bricks featuring a fully solid structure without internal cavities. This design provides excellent strength, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.

Our common solid brick thicknesses range from 18 mm to 50 mm. This system is especially suitable for ground-floor facades, areas near walkways, and wall sections that are more likely to experience impacts or scratches.

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu, near Shanghai's logistics hub. We have 30 skilled workers and our own R&D team.

Every batch of bricks undergoes three quality inspection stages: first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. We ensure that defective products do not leave our factory.

This system provides a solid and premium appearance. The natural clay surface is fired at high temperatures and maintains stable performance under long-term exposure to sunlight and wind.

The color comes naturally from the clay body. No artificial pigments are added. This provides excellent UV resistance and helps prevent color fading over time.

We use a dry-hanging installation method with metal brackets instead of cement mortar. The brackets are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel.

A 6 to 12 mm joint is maintained between the bricks to accommodate thermal expansion and movement.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days. Our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We support third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

The system weight ranges from 18 to 42 kg per square meter, depending on the brick type.

The frame spacing is designed according to the wind pressure requirements of each project. The main frame spacing should not exceed 1000 mm.

The total system thickness is 180 to 200 mm with insulation and 130 to 150 mm without insulation.

We provide free samples. Custom sample development takes 15 to 40 days.

The minimum order quantity is 300 square meters. Customers can mix different colors or models within one order.
