By covering these exposed structural elements, the system creates a more uniform and visually consistent exterior appearance.

We use a dry-hanging, prefabricated installation method that does not damage the existing substrate.

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu. We have 30 skilled workers and our own R&D team.

Every batch of bricks is tested for dimensions, flatness, and water absorption before shipment. The water absorption rate is strictly controlled to ensure consistent product performance.

Adapting to Irregular and Curved Shapes

This system offers excellent adaptability for irregular structures. It can be customized to wrap around round columns, square columns, and other complex structural shapes.

We use stainless steel brackets to secure the terracotta bricks onto a supporting frame installed around the structural elements.

A minimum 15 mm cavity is maintained between the brick layer and the existing structure. When ventilation is required, the cavity can be increased to more than 20 mm.

We can also add air inlets and outlets to improve ventilation performance.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We accept third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during production.

Our systems are designed according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.

The brackets are made of 304 stainless steel. The brick joints are maintained at 6 to 12 mm to accommodate thermal movement.
