Prefabricated backer-panel terracotta system

This system uses specially designed stainless steel brackets to secure terracotta bricks. Unlike traditional wet installation methods, it does not rely on cement mortar for fixing.

The brackets use a mechanical anchoring method, with each brick independently fixed to the supporting frame. The biggest advantage of this design is that it effectively prevents brick detachment. If a single brick needs replacement, it can be removed and replaced individually without affecting the surrounding bricks.

We have conducted pull-out tests to verify system safety. Each bracket is designed to withstand a load 1.5 times the weight of a single brick, and all test data is documented.
