We install a waterproof and vapor-permeable membrane on the frame side. This membrane prevents rainwater penetration into the wall structure while allowing internal water vapor to escape.

The ventilation cavity can also accommodate exterior insulation panels, improving the overall thermal performance of the building envelope.

Our factory is located in Qidong, Jiangsu, and covers 3,000 square meters. We have 30 workers and our own R&D team.

Every batch of bricks is inspected during incoming material checks and before shipment. We test dimensions, flatness, and water absorption. The water absorption rate meets our strict quality standards.

Terracotta bricks are classified as Class A1 non-combustible materials. They do not burn in fire conditions and do not produce toxic smoke or harmful emissions.

We design and manufacture our systems according to the GB/T 21086-2007 standard for building curtain walls.

The brackets are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. A 6 to 12 mm joint is maintained between the bricks to accommodate thermal expansion and movement.

We provide a 10-year warranty. Standard orders can be completed within 25 days, and our monthly production capacity reaches 150,000 square meters.

We welcome third-party inspections and provide photo and video updates during the production process.

We also provide free samples. Custom sample development takes 15 to 40 days.

The total system thickness is 180 to 200 mm with insulation and 130 to 150 mm without insulation.

The minimum order quantity is 300 square meters. Customers can mix different colors or models within one order.
