We design each system according to the project location and local wind pressure requirements. The wind load resistance can be customized from 0.5 kPa to 3.0 kPa based on building height and environmental conditions.

The brackets are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel. For coastal areas with higher corrosion risks, we recommend 316 stainless steel for improved durability. The brick joints are normally designed between 6 mm and 12 mm. These gaps allow movement caused by temperature changes and help improve facade stability.
The terracotta bricks are produced from natural clay without artificial chemical coloring. The natural firing process creates long-lasting colors and textures. The bricks provide good resistance to UV exposure, frost, and acid rain, making them suitable for different climate conditions.
We provide a 10-year warranty and support third-party inspections. During production, customers can receive photos and videos to monitor manufacturing progress. Standard production time is around 25 days, with a monthly production capacity of up to 150,000 square meters.

The system has a self-weight range of 18 to 42 kg per square meter. We provide free samples for project evaluation. Custom sample development usually takes 15 to 40 days depending on design requirements.
